Our small and friendly staff team mostly work flexibly from home and at our head office based in central London. We also have colleagues based in Wales and Northern Ireland.

Digital Content Officer 

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000

Do you excel in creating captivating digital content and have a track record of website optimisation? The Digital Content Officer role includes working with the Communications Manager to boost the Fundraising Regulator’s digital footprint on various platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date, accessible, and engaging through diverse formats such as graphics and webinars. You will also oversee website management, content audits, and collaborations with web development teams for continual improvement in functionality, accessibility, and compliance. Social media strategy, content creation, engagement tracking, and digital marketing campaign execution are central to this role, alongside advising on digital initiatives and supporting team members.

Case Officer 

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000

Reporting to a Case Manager, the Case Officer will be the initial point of contact for members of the public, charities, and fundraising agencies when a complaint is made to the Fundraising Regulator. As a Case Officer, you will deliver excellent service to all stakeholders, and you will investigate and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently. Working in a busy, supportive and committed team, you will manage your caseload and will undertake independent research and support on a variety of related projects. You will ensure consistent and robust evidence-based decision-making and will maintain accurate and timely records.

Business & Registration Assistant  

Salary: £30,000

The Business and Registration Assistant is a crucial position that works closely with the Finance team and other colleagues to onboard and renew charity registrations. The role involves processing online applications, collecting the fundraising levy, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring that charities meet registration requirements and standards. The position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong processing skills and empathy to make a meaningful contribution to a dynamic service.

Administrator - FPS 

Salary: £27,000 (pro rata)

Are you an experienced administrator ready to ensure the smooth operation of the Fundraising Preference Service (FPS), collaborating closely with the public and charity organisations? We are recruiting an FPS Administrator on a full time six month contract. The successful candidate will report directly to the FPS Contracts Manager and will be instrumental in ensuring the FPS functions efficiently. This role is vital for facilitating smooth communication between the public and charities, as well as for improving compliance within the charity sector.
